Introduction
To provide live tracking on the client tanker fleet deployed nationally and enable real time reporting- and reaction to non-conformances or undesirable/dangerous events.

Duties & Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track all road tanker movements live against route/activity plans provided by the operating depots and react to / report on:
- Unauthorised stops.
- Entering no go areas.
- Speeding.
- Excessive idling.
- Off route travel.
- Harsh braking, harsh acceleration, harsh cornering.
- Impact alerts.
- Accidents and Incidents.
- Loss of connectivity / vehicle offline.
- Any other alerts provided by the tracking company “Track & React” desk.
- Record hourly positioning and status of all vehicles attached to the tracking on MS Teams.
- Conduct daily health checks on on-board camera systems and report all defects to management immediately.
- Capture driver trip sheets for tankers deployed in Pietermaritzburg.
Job Requirements & Qualification
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be willing to work shifts, as follows:
- Morning shift 06:00 to 14:00
- Afternoon shift 14:00 to 22:00
- Night shift 22:00 to 06:00
- In light of the above working hours, must have own vehicle, as the company will not be providing transport.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
