Our skills development is entrepreneurship through a 12-month learnership. Throughout this learnership the customer will receive a basic stipend and be taught the ins and outs of customer service skills. After this learnership you will have the sales skills to become your own boss. Our learnership comes with a Business practise NQF Level 1 certification with MICT SETA
How to apply for U-Belong Learnership for 2024 / 2025.
U-Belong is an exciting and dynamic Learnership and Development program hosted by T3 Telecoms SA, a distribution and technology company in South-Africa that provides various telecommunication products and services to the formal and informal markets. The program focusses on job creation, education and addressing the digital divide in South-Africa.
How to apply for U-Belong Learnership for 2024 / 2025
The U-Belong program launched in August 2021, and has since employed over 3000 driven young members all across South Africa! The key focus of the U-Belong program will be to upskill these individuals on Sales and Operational selling skills, and to ensure that each individual that was previously unemployed will have the ability to sustain and maintain a monthly income, therefore integrating these individuals into the mainstream economy.
Here’s how to apply for the Learnership at U Belong:

- Click on ”Apply Today” Option
- Then follow Prompts to complete online application.
The program will be expanded into the other provinces of South – Africa during the next 24 months, with Limpopo, Mpumalanga and Western Cape being identified as the initial growth drivers of the program.
The U-Belong program intends to create more than 2500 new jobs by the end of 2024.
