This role reports directly to the Branch Manager and is essential in maintaining smooth operations at each Cash Processing Center.
Fidelity looking for Tellers Job Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing
In this teller role, you will play a crucial part in verifying, balancing, and processing deposits. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all client deposits are processed accurately
- Maintaining balancing and verification standards
- Working closely with branch teams to meet daily targets
- Delivering exceptional service with a strong focus on detail
Minimum Requirements for Fidelity Tellers

- Matric (Grade 12) – Compulsory
- Ability to function under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer skills (PC literate)
- Strong attention to detail

- Previous cash center experience is beneficial but not required
- Clear criminal record
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work professionally with team members
