To be considered for the SHERQ Internship under the RCL Internship Programme 2025, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Currently studying towards Safety Management or Environmental Health (NQF Level 6 or 7)
- Relevant SHERQ-related qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments and multitask
- Knowledge of SHE legal requirements, including the Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Willingness to work shifts
Key Responsibilities of the SHERQ Intern

- Capture and manage non-conformances, corrective actions, and internal audits

- Liaise with clinic, SHERQ department, and plant for seamless safety processes
- Attend on-site safety meetings and assist with all related safety operations
